At Powers & Gregory, we offer a service contract called the Comfort Club. As a Comfort Club member, we come to your home to service your unit twice a year as part of a good Preventative Maintenance plan. Our residential service crew will clean and check your system to see if there's anything that's not in top working condition that may be affecting your unit's efficiency. What may seem like a small thing will catch problems before they happen. You'll be able to get issues fixed on your schedule before you are left with no heat or air conditioning on a busy hot or cold day. Powers & Gregory's office staff will reach out to you twice a year to schedule your service via phone/ email.

- 10% labor discounts for break downs between services

- FREE coil cleaner, replacement (standard) filters
- Priority when you have a breakdown
This service contract intends to provide customers with an automatic preventative maintenance program to perform normal maintenance service to heating and air conditioning equipment. Normal servicing of equipment involves changing filters, lubricating motors and bearings, cleaning coils and fan assemblies, and checking refrigerant, electrical connections, the flue system, and all components for proper operations.
This is a preventative maintenance service contract only. Upon servicing equipment, if repairs are found necessary beyond normal servicing, we will get approval from the customer before performing such work. There are many items on heating and a/c equipment that can fail or break down even after normal maintenance service is performed. Therefore, this contract is not a warranty or guarantee that will cover labor or material cost in the event of a breakdown between preventive maintenance calls. This contract may be canceled by either party for any given reason. This contract is in effect for one year from date of acceptance and will be renewed annually unless canceled by either party.
